Japan and China have developed mutually beneficial and supplemental economic relations for thirty five years since カ ジ ノ シ ー ク レ ッ トreaty of Peace and Friendship was signed. カ ジ ノ シ ー ク レ ッ トwo countries should continue fastening business ties. I would like to tell them what Japanese businesses think about the bilateral relation, hoping the visit will become the first step towards a new future-oriented cooperative relationship between カ ジ ノ シ ー ク レ ッ トwo countries.
Energy Policy and Global Warming

The target of greenhouse gas emissions reduction should not be set without considering the three questions: a) it is feasible? b) the Japanese people regards it as reasonable burden on them? c) global fairnesカ ジ ノ シ ー ク レ ッ トan be maintained?. The goal also needs to be consistent with the national energy policy based on Japan's growth strategy.
