1. We, KEIDANREN and UMFCCI, successfully held the 1st カジノシークレット 入金方法omic Conference since the resumption of KEIDANREN's Japan-Myanmar Economic Committee, in Yangon on Tuesday, 19 November, with the attendance of about 150 government and business leaders from both countries. At the conference, we had the honor of receiving strong messages of support from H.E U Thein Sein, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and H.E. Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, as well as the attendance of H.E. Dr. Lin Aung, Deputy Minister for Ministry of Finance, H.E. Daw Lai Lai Thein, Deputy Minister for Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development, and H.E. Mr. Mikio Numata, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
2. We welcomed the steady progress toward democracy and economic reform in Myanmar. We agreed to evaluate, based on this progress, the present situation and future potential of cooperation between our two countries in various areas, such as infrastructure development, trade and investment, human resource development, economic reform and business environment improvement, as well as new business development, and to promote further cooperation in these areas.
3. We welcomed the positive achievements of the カジノシークレット 入金方法 Initiative and agreed to continue these effective and constructive discussions through subcommittees which would be established in the near future.
4. At the conference, KEIDANREN proposed the following:
- (1) to invite government leaders of Myanmar, to the investment seminar for Myanmar and the next カジノシークレット 入金方法omic Conference to be held in Japan next year.
- (2) to provide concrete cooperation in human resource development in industrial fields.
- (3) to promote basic infrastructure development collaborating with private sector through pubic private partnership scheme.
UMFCCI proposed the following:
- (1) to cooperate for the promotion of business exchange in the areas of trade and investment as well as the development of Power sector which is very crucial for the sustainable development of Myanmar.
- (2) to exchange data and information on economic and regional development trends as well as to assist with Japanese Language Center at UMFCCI to prevent language barrier for future corporations between Japan and Myanmar.
- (3) to achieve technical know-how and financial support Myanmar's SMEs to promote job opportunities and living standard of Myanmar people.
- (4) to support the activities such as joint meetings and business matching for the achievement of the above mentioned objectives as well as to support UMFCCI's Training Institute to be more efficient and effective.
We approved each of the proposals made by each side and agreed to engage in working-level discussions to realize them.
5. We agreed to hold the next カジノシークレット 入金方法omic Conference in Tokyo next year at a time convenient to both sides.
