Messages from Keidanren Executives and Contributed articles to Keidanren Journals December, 2024 カジノシークレット 出金遅い The Role of War Education
The Japan Confederation of A- and H-Bomb Sufferers Organizations, or Nihon Hidankyo, was recently awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. As a Japanese citizen, I would like to express my deepest respect to the Confederation's members for continuing their activities for so long.
Seventy-nine years ago, a truly tragic war came to an end, and I had always believed that such an event could never occur again. However, looking at the current situation with the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Israel-Hamas conflict, deteriorating relations between the U.S. and China over Taiwan, and instability in the Far East, I cannot help but feel that we are facing the risk of a third カジノシークレット 出金遅い.
About 100 years ago, カジノシークレット 出金遅い I broke out at almost the same time as the Spanish flu pandemic. Although the League of Nations was established under the banner of never allowing another カジノシークレット 出金遅い, various national interests and post-war reparations led us down the path to カジノシークレット 出金遅い II. I would like to believe that world leaders would not repeat the mistakes of the past, but if we move toward a third カジノシークレット 出金遅い, it will likely lead humanity to extinction. We thus may need to re-examine war education in each country, including Japan.
Countries currently seem to be conducting war education that promotes patriotism, emphasizing the damages suffered from previous wars and portraying other nations as threats that require military buildup. This approach lacks カジノシークレット 出金遅いhorough understanding of historical context and political motives.
Through the United Nations, we should develop and deploy a universal educational program that powerfully conveys the horrors of war, the absence of true victors, and the instantaneous loss of family and friends. It is essential to clarify to the next generation that wars waged under the guise of a righteous cause are merely acts of murder; moreover, nuclear weapons are simply tools for mass destruction.
I sincerely hope that world leaders will analyze the unfortunate war of 79 years ago and the current conflicts and establish necessary frameworks once the current series of events has subsided.
